Bogotá, Octubre 06 de 2015. La Organización de Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura, FAO; el Programa Mundial de Alimentos de Naciones Unidas, PMA; y el Gobierno de Brasil, se unen para promover soluciones que permitan incrementar los ingresos y las capacidades empresariales de la Agricultura Familiar, vinculándolos como proveedores de los programas de compras públicas de alimentos. La estrategia se sustenta en los pilares de una gobernanza municipal y subregional, las dietas sostenibles, las garantías de la calidad e inocuidad y la inclusión social y económica de los pobladores rurales.
