CIUDAD DE GUATEMALA - El Embajador de Canadá en Guatemala, Stuart Savage, y el Representante del Programa Mundial de Alimentos (PMA), Mario Touchette, se unieron a autoridades del Gobierno de Guatemala, para lanzar oficialmente el programa denominado "Maíz chapín contra el hambre”, el cual busca apoyar los esfuerzos de Guatemala para incrementar la productividad agrícola y reducir la desnutrición.
