UNICEF y el PMA han lanzado hoy un plan conjunto de respuesta para mejorar la nutrición, que permitirá a ambas agencias y sus aliados apoyar a más de dos millones de personas – niños, mujeres embarazadas y nuevas madres- en el tratamiento y prevención de la desnutrición aguda en el país hasta mayo de 2016.
PUERTO PRÍNCIPE –La Representante del PMA, Myrta Kaulard, aseguró que esta organización sigue trabajando con los sobrevivientes del terremoto y aunque las capacidades nacionales se han fortalecido tres años después, muchos haitianos siguen luchando para poner los alimentos en la mesa.
