El “X Foro Regional de Alimentación Escolar para América Latina y el Caribe”, coorganizado por el Gobierno de México y el Programa Mundial de Alimentos de las Naciones Unidas (WFP, por sus siglas en inglés), proporcionará una plataforma para resaltar los avances significativos de los gobiernos en sus programas de comidas escolares.
La presente guía, producto de un trabajo interagencial, aborda el problema sobre la calidad y oportunidad de las donaciones humanitarias. También rompe con algunos de los mitos más comunes entre quienes realizan donaciones generosas durante una emergencia. Qué donar y cuando donar son algunas de las preguntas que trata esta guía.

El programa brindará socorro y apoyo a las familias en su recuperación, asegurando el acceso a alimentos, agua y otras necesidades esenciales.
Hambrientos, sedientos y débiles, cada vez más gazatíes caen enfermos, según un informe publicado esta semana.
