La Cooperación Sur-Sur y triangular (CSS) se ha posicionado como una herramienta de importancia significativa para promover el desarrollo, particularmente en América Latina y el Caribe, donde ha adquirido protagonismo en las agendas públicas y representa un instrumento válido para compartir información, tecnología y capacidades.
